coastalcleaningcofla.com

Your site looks clean and works well on a phone. But Google can barely read it, nothing records who visits, and a new visitor sees few reasons to pick you over the next cleaner in the results. Here's what we found and what to fix first.

Findings

What we found

Critical

Google receives an empty page

Found
The page arrives with no text in it, just an empty container. All the words are added afterward by JavaScript. The menu items are buttons rather than links, so search engines can't follow them. We could only find your homepage in search results.
Why it matters
Google ranks what it can read. Searches like "house cleaning Jensen Beach" or "deep cleaning Port St. Lucie" have no page of yours to show.
Fix
Serve real HTML, with a page for each service and each town.

Nothing records who visits or who asks for a quote

Found
No Google Analytics, no Meta Pixel, no Search Console. People reach the site through Facebook links, but nothing counts how many of them go on to request a quote.
Why it matters
Without numbers, there's no way to tell which posts or ads bring in customers and which ones waste money.
Fix
Install GA4 and the Meta Pixel, and record every form sent as a conversion.

Your phone number is hidden

Found
772-267-8382 doesn't appear as text anywhere. It only lives behind the "Call Now" button, which on a computer tries to open a calling app instead of showing the number. The footer has no phone, email, service area or hours.
Why it matters
Many people want to text or save the number before booking. If they can't see it, they move on.
Fix
Show the number in the header and footer, with a tap-to-text option on phones.

The quote form is a long scroll inside a small box

Found
The form asks for 10 required answers (address, bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage, frequency and more). It's 1,684 px tall, but it sits inside a 560 px window, so on a phone people scroll inside a box that's inside a scrolling page.
Visible: 560 pxFull form: 1,684 px
Why it matters
Each extra required field loses people, and nothing tells them what the cleaning will roughly cost.
Fix
Ask only what you need to reply, or give an instant price range.

Nothing proves you're a real, trusted local business

Found
No reviews, no star rating, no photos of real jobs, the team or the owner. The site says "Fully Insured" with nothing to back it up. The only image is a single kitchen photo.
Why it matters
You're asking people to let strangers into their home. Proof is what closes that gap.
Fix
Show your Google reviews, before-and-after photos, the team, and your proof of insurance.

Important

Three different business names

Found
Depending on where you look, the business has a different name:
Coastal Cleaning CoGoogle title Coastal Cleaning Serviceslogo, footer Coastal Cleaning Services FLAAbout
Fix
Pick one name and use it exactly the same on the site and your Google Business Profile.

The site contradicts itself about what you do and where

Found
The headline says residential and commercial cleaning in Stuart and the Treasure Coast. The About section says residential cleaning throughout Florida's coastal communities. No town is named beyond Stuart.
Fix
One clear message, and a list of the towns you actually serve.

The main photo is heavy

Found
The kitchen image at the top is a 1.6 MB PNG. The same image as WebP would weigh around 150 KB.
Fix
Compress and convert it so the top of the page loads fast on mobile data.

Two copies of the site, and missing files for Google

Found
www. and the plain address both load separately instead of one redirecting to the other, and Google indexed the www copy. robots.txt and sitemap.xml don't exist. Pages that don't exist return "OK" instead of "not found."
Fix
Redirect to one address, add a sitemap and robots file, and return real 404s.

No business details for search engines or Facebook

Found
No LocalBusiness structured data (name, phone, service area, hours) and no share image, so links posted on Facebook can show up without a picture.
Fix
Add LocalBusiness schema and a branded share image.

Clear headline"A Cleaner Home. More Time for What Matters." says the benefit plainly.
Commercial sectionAfter-hours service and coastal details like sand and humidity feel specific.
Secure addressHTTPS is on, and the old http address redirects correctly.
